HDR, Inc. is seeking an Area Business Class Leader for Water Treatment in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. You will guide technical excellence, staff development, and business growth across the region, with responsibility for major water infrastructure projects.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, managing projects from planning to delivery, and driving standards while collaborating with regional leaders to advance HDR’s water treatment capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience in leadership roles within water/wastewater or infrastructure projects.
• Professionally registered engineer (PE) or equivalent.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in project delivery from planning through construction phases to meet client expectations.
• Lead area projects and supervise staff, coordinating with operations, marketing and project management.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, QA/QC reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business development activities, client relations, and regional strategy implementation.
