Job summary

ANDRITZ SEPARATION is seeking an Area Sales Manager to service and grow the installed base within the Northwestern United States, selling repair services, refurbishments, upgrades, OEM parts, process optimization solutions, and equipment training.

You will cover a broad portfolio including centrifuges and belt filter presses, report to the NA Service Sales Manager, and collaborate with Service Center Managers and Product Specialists to drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in Industrial (Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, General Chemical) and Municipal (Water & Wastewater) industries required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, including team leadership.
• Established customer relationships within the assigned territory preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• Experience selling OEM equipment, aftermarket services, industrial maintenance solutions, or capital equipment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers throughout the assigned territory on a regular basis to grow the business.
• Maintain active communication with internal personnel and key stakeholders.
• Document customer visits through CIC reports in a timely and consistent manner.
• Represent all assigned ANDRITZ Separation product lines during each customer visit.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage territory forecasts, budgets, and cost controls.
• Maintain the existing customer base while developing new relationships.
• Identify and refer capital equipment sales opportunities to the Capital Sales team.
• Coordinate ANDRITZ activities within each customer account.
