Job summary

Blaser Swisslube USA is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Central USA activity, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Wichita. The role focuses on expanding market share, growing turnover, and delivering value to distributors and customers.

You will engage with metalworking customers, provide product and services training, and coordinate with the Distributor Network to drive VBSS and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the metalworking industry.
• Knowledge of machining processes, materials and tooling.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
• Good command of English (oral and written).
• Strong presentation skills and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and improve turnover, drum volume, and profitability.
• Gain market share within assigned area.
• Coordinate and conduct distributor training classes (Liquid Tool) and support distributor sales force on VBSS and product usage.
• Collaborate with distributors and customers to ensure successful field tests and product introductions.
• Identify and develop key distributor partnerships and target accounts to drive revenue.
