• Demonstrate safety leadership at sites and customer locations.
• Create and execute distributor business plans that maximize profitable growth for Surface Drills.
• Develop and strengthen distributor relationships into constructive partnerships.
• Understand Sandvik's market position and establish winning territory strategies.
• Provide product expertise and support to distributor sales reps and internal teams.
• Drive CRM discipline, maintain an accurate pipeline, and deliver sales forecasts.
