You will partner with Product Development and Marketing to coordinate launches and demand generation, translating market insights into territory plans and customer value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in horticulture or agricultural sales.
• Proven leadership with coaching and team development.

• Design and drive go-to-market strategies for the area aligned with the Commercial Unit to deliver growth.
• Develop and execute sales plans for the Vegetable Seeds offering in the Southeast region.
• Nurture key contacts with growers, dealers and distributors in the vegetable seed market.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to achieve sales, profitability and business targets.
• Provide high scientific and product expertise to support customers and sales efforts.
• Coordinate demo and demand generation activities with Product Development and Marketing Teams.
