Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in horticulture, vegetable seeds, agribusiness, sales with track record of results.
• Proven leadership to coach and lead sales teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and data-driven decisions; Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive go-to-market strategies for the Southeast Florida sales area.
• Develop Vegetable Seeds offer and sales execution aligned with go-to-market strategy.
• Nurture key contacts in the vegetable industry and influencers.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Provide high scientific, technical, and product expertise to customers.
