Job summary

HDR is seeking an Area Business Development Leader to identify and qualify leads, manage area sales goals, and oversee budgets across multiple service lines. You will maintain client relationships, understand market trends, and develop strategic plans aligned with HDR's growth initiatives.

This role drives pursuit teams, contributes to proposal materials, and guides content marketing to expand HDR's brand and market presence.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with a track record of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of how A/E/C procures professional services.
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proven ability to build a network of clients and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads to meet annual sales goals.
