HDR is actively seeking an Area Business Development Leader to drive regional sales, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships in the United States with a focus on Nevada (Las Vegas) and Reno. The role emphasizes growth, market understanding, and strategic investments while leveraging HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard procurement of professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel and engage with others in-person.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads to meet annual sales goals.
• Achieve area sales goals and manage budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and reporting dashboards.
• Lead pursuit teams and craft win strategies.
• Direct content marketing campaigns to strengthen HDR's brand and visibility.
• Mentor and supervise business development and marketing staff.
