Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve technical competencies of staff and products to meet client needs.
• Deliver project services to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and project management on business class efforts.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and best practices; support standard improvements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation.
• Perform other duties as needed.
