Qualifications

• 5+ years accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with month-end close and audits.
• ERP experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.
• Strong communication skills for customer collections.
• Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing in Business Central.
• Post and reconcile cash applications (ACH, wire, check, card).
• Manage collections and aging, escalate high-risk accounts.
• Maintain AR documentation for audits and compliance.
• Serve as AR process expert and train staff.
