Job summary

Rakuten Rewards is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own and optimize the end-to-end collections lifecycle within the O2C team. You will manage a portfolio of customer, advertiser, and agency accounts, driving proactive outreach, disputes, and unapplied cash resolution to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with AR tooling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or related Order to Cash experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reporting.
• Analyzes accounts receivable data to identify trends and improvements.
• Resolves disputes and maintains positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Performs monthly reconciliations of AR balances and supports audits.
