Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the collections process and optimize cash flow across a rapidly scaling global customer base. You will partner with Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, Customer Success, and Legal to align the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle.

The role requires 5+ years of AR/collections experience and a proven ability to develop scalable processes, monitor DSO, and improve billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong understanding of invoicing and billing processes.
• Experience in cash-flow forecasting and AR metrics like DSO.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process—invoice follow-up, dispute resolution, cash application, and customer communication.
• Establish and refine a scalable collections framework aligned with Harvey's growth.
• Monitor and report on DSO, aging, and AR performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
• Develop AR policies, procedures, and internal controls for audit readiness and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage billing systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
