Job summary

Crystal PM is a leading healthcare software platform powering EHR, billing, scheduling, and payments for eye care practices. We seek an AR professional who owns the end‑to‑end billing cycle, drives collections, and maintains ARR accuracy by reconciling with Salesforce.

Qualifications

Own the accounts receivable end‑to‑end, from inquiries to cash application.
Run collections and resolve disputes while preserving customer relationships.
Perform reconciliations and tie billing to Salesforce to maintain ARR accuracy.

Responsibilities

Own AR end‑to‑end; field billing questions from subscription customers.
Run collections and serve as escalation point for billing issues.
Reconcile to keep revenue picture honest; ensure invoices match contracts and subscriptions.
