Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable, Billing & Collections Specialist to manage the full billing and collection lifecycle in a complex B2B cloud environment. You will review contracts and orders, set up billing, generate invoices, and apply payments while ensuring accuracy against negotiated terms.

The role requires strong AR, billing, and collections experience, plus ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AR, billing, or order-to-cash in B2B environments.
• Experience interpreting contracts, purchase orders, pricing schedules, and terms.
• Strong end-to-end order-to-cash understanding including collections and cash application.
• ERP familiarity with Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, orders, and pricing to determine billing requirements.
• Generate and issue accurate invoices on time per terms and pricing.
• Support recurring and usage-based billing, deposits, and milestones.
• Validate usage data against pricing and resolve discrepancies before invoicing.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting for billing milestones and changes.
• Assist audits with contract, billing, and revenue documentation.
