Proven ability to lead, coach, and empower technical teams with clear expectations and scalable processes.
SAP knowledge preferred.
Willingness to travel within North America ~10% of the year.

Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance to field sales concerning product applicability and installation practices.
Identifies, qualifies, and advances opportunities that support profitable growth and strategic objectives.
Develops and participates in customer sales presentations; defines and coordinates product modifications.
Leads the technical and commercial quality of quotations and ensures value communication to customers.
Coaches application engineers to connect technical recommendations to customer value and sales outcomes.
Builds cross-functional partnerships to remove barriers and deliver competitive customer solutions.
