Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
5-8+ years of experience in applications engineering, product engineering, or technical customer facing roles.
Advanced understanding of engineering principles relevant to assigned products and applications.
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently lead complex application efforts end to end.
Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with engineering tools, CAD, simulation, or test equipment as applicable.
Strong customer focused mindset with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational considerations.
Ability to influence cross functionally without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of complex customer applications with minimal supervision.
Perform advanced application analysis, sizing, modeling, and performance validation.
Diagnose and resolve complex, nonroutine technical and performance issues.
Provide expert guidance on application feasibility, limitations, and optimization strategies.
Serve as a senior technical resource during presales and postsales engagements.
Lead technical discussions, presentations, and demonstrations with customers and stakeholders.
Support strategic or high value opportunities requiring advanced technical expertise.
Build strong, consultative relationships with customers based on technical credibility.
