Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 5-8+ years of experience in applications engineering, product engineering, or technical customer facing roles.
• Advanced understanding of engineering principles relevant to assigned products and applications.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently lead complex application efforts end to end.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with engineering tools, CAD, simulation, or test equipment as applicable.
• Strong customer focused mindset with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational considerations.
• Ability to influence cross functionally without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and optimization of complex customer applications with minimal supervision.
• Perform advanced application analysis, sizing, modeling, and performance validation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex, nonroutine technical and performance issues.
• Provide expert guidance on application feasibility, limitations, and optimization strategies.
• Serve as a senior technical resource during presales and postsales engagements.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and demonstrations with customers and stakeholders.
