Job summary

AltaFiber is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and administer one or more business applications and related workflows. The role emphasizes ensuring data integrity, performance, and timely delivery of enhancements aligned with business needs.

You will lead requirements gathering, manage projects, and collaborate with vendors to implement solutions, develop tests, and document technical and user procedures. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in information systems or IT management.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience with process analysis, workflow design, and business process improvement.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Experience creating technical and user documentation.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, databases, integrations, and reporting tools.
