Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to administer and optimize the company’s application portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to design workflows, configure systems, and manage access while ensuring operational effectiveness.

This role also owns day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and timely resolutions with vendors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, strong project support skills, and proven vendor

Qualifications

• Experience in managing business applications and vendor relationships.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyze requirements for enhancements and integrations.
• Experience coordinating UAT, test plans, defect tracking, and validation of requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business, IT, and vendors for applications.
• Configure and maintain business applications, including workflows and user access.
• Manage enhancements, updates, and releases aligned with business priorities.
• Develop process flows, SOPs, and application documentation.
• Gather requirements and support implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and validation of requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with teams and vendors.
• Monitor performance and vendor service levels; escalate when needed.
