Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in application support or analysis.
• Epic certification testing or completion within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal and external groups to ensure applications meet organizational needs.
• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and testing.
• Translates business/clinical functionality into system configuration and workflow.
• Prepares and executes test scripts for various testing phases.
• Documents test results, changes, issues, and procedures.
• Provides triage and troubleshooting for complex applications and monitors data quality.
