Job summary
Green Courte Residential Holdings, LLC, in Clearwater, FL, seeks an Applications Analyst to drive operational efficiency by owning the functional and technical health of the company’s core business applications, including CRM, property management, and financial planning.
You will work closely with IT, operations, finance, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and seamless integration between systems, report to the Applications Manager, and contribute to profitability across real estate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, analytics or STEM field.
- Experience in management/technology consulting, solutions engineering, or real estate operations.
- Systems thinking with evidence-based solution conviction.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous spaces.
- PMS knowledge: Yardi, Rent Manager; Entrata, AppFolio, RealPage a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Own the functional and technical health of core business applications.
- Translate business needs into technical specs for developers.
- Oversee system implementations using SDLC frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and analytics teams.
- Ensure data quality and integration between systems.
