Green Courte Residential Holdings in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, budgeting, and reporting under the VP of FP&A. The role offers exposure to corporate leadership and high-visibility projects.

You'll prepare operational and financial reports, develop dashboards in Power BI, assist with annual budgeting, and deliver variance analyses that inform strategic decisions across our land-lease communities and senior living platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting.
• 1–3 years of related finance/analytic experience.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience aggregating data from multiple systems and presenting findings clearly.

Why this role matters

We are looking for a savvy analyst to interact with corporate leadership (including high visibility to the CFO) and work closely with operational leaders to provide ad-hoc analytical support while ensuring all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed accurately and on-time. Additionally, this position will be heavily involved with the annual budgeting process and in identifying areas of improvement throughout the business to assist with Green Courte Residential’s ongoing expansion.

What You’ll Do

As a direct report to the Vice President of FP&A, the Financial Analyst is a highly impactful position leading and driving various projects to help GCRH operate its platforms more effectively and efficiently. You will play an important role in:

• Prepare, manage, and distribute operational and financial reports, including but not limited to:
  • Weekly operational reports.
  • Monthly and Quarterly financials, including variance and driver-based analysis, commentary, operational KPIs, and management presentations.
  • Annual budget planning, forecasting, and strategizing initiatives.
  • Capital reporting, including variance and driver-based analysis on various capital projects and creating forward-looking projections.
  • Recommendations regarding business direction and go-forward forecast assumptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across GCRH and GCP to help enhance processes and automate financial and operational reporting, including but not limited to:
  • Developing, implementing, and analyzing operational KPIs, dashboards, financial reporting, and forecasting models.
  • Identifying, implementing, managing, and improving reporting while establishing strong quality checks and controls to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identifying and implementing operational tools (e.g. Power BI) to help run the day-to-day business and anticipate the demands of the growing organization.
• Collaborate with senior and property level management relating to recurrent deliverables and new initiatives; key resource for insightful analysis and facilitating decision making.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• In depth knowledge of financial principles and accounting.
• 1-3 years of related finance and/or analytical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling required.
• Demonstrated ability with aggregating and consolidating information from disparate systems, wrangling and analyzing data, and presenting findings and recommendations clearly and concisely
• Works independently with limited supervision; also works well collaborating across functional areas.
• Manages and prioritizes projects in a detailed, effective, process-oriented manner, within a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills; oriented to proactive and transparent consultation and professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking; anticipates and addresses potential issues well in advance of deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience using SQL, a data warehouse, visualization tools like Power BI, and/or Codex/Claude Code is a big plus.
• Experience with financial planning software is a plus.
• Prior experience analyst experience in real estate/property management is a plus.
• Prior experience working within private equity and/or multiple lines of business is a plus.
