Green Courte Residential Holdings in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, budgeting, and reporting under the VP of FP&A. The role offers exposure to corporate leadership and high-visibility projects.

You'll prepare operational and financial reports, develop dashboards in Power BI, assist with annual budgeting, and deliver variance analyses that inform strategic decisions across our land-lease communities and senior living platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting.
• 1–3 years of related finance/analytic experience.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience aggregating data from multiple systems and presenting findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with variance analysis.
• Assist with annual budgeting process and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards and forecasting models with Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality.
