Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, finance, analytics, project coordination, homebuilding, construction, or related environment preferred.
• Industry experience in residential homebuilding, construction, finance, or related operations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; AI, automation, or BI tools are a plus.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Project & Initiative Coordination: Track responsibilities and deadlines, follow up on open items, help move priorities through implementation.
• Cross-Functional Support: Gather information, coordinate activities, communicate changes, support leadership priorities.
• Process Development & Improvement: Develop playbooks, workflows, templates, and tools to improve consistency and execution.
• Financial & Business Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, and expense reconciliation.
