Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Application Analyst to bridge business and technology for Ordering and CPG operations. You will elicit needs, author user stories, and drive delivery across the application lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Manager of Applications.

This remote role prefers candidates from the Chicagoland area, with collaboration across Ordering, CPG Operations, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a professional environment supporting Manufacturing Operations.
• Ability to elicit and document business needs and author user stories.
• Experience with Order Management, CPG, ERP/related operational systems a plus.
• Experience with regulated industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and diagrams for platforms.
• Own the product backlog and coordinate grooming with leads.
• Serve as liaison between business partners and Development Team across SDLC.
• Develop and maintain application documentation including specs and runbooks.
• Support integration projects ensuring data integrity and documented outcomes.
