Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Analyst to drive end-to-end gap analysis across API-driven workflows and channel integrations in Atlanta. You will map current versus future state, identify connectivity gaps, and document actionable requirements affecting CMS, translation systems, APIs, and delivery layers.

You will work with engineering to validate system behavior, support testing, and facilitate stakeholder sessions to ensure data accuracy and proper propagation across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end BA efforts.
• Strong gap analysis across systems, APIs, workflows, and platforms.
• IT environment with integrated systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery support.
• Experience analyzing web apps using SSR frameworks like Angular and APIs.
• Hands-on analysis of REST and GraphQL APIs and schema design.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch and indexing concepts.
• Understanding of Angular hydration, client/server caching.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across projects.
• Deliver comprehensive gap analysis across systems, APIs, platforms, workflows, and data flows.
• Map current vs future state, including system interactions and dependencies.
• Conduct gap analysis across CMS, translation systems, APIs, and delivery layers.
• Analyze end-to-end delivery flows with omnichannel solutions.
• Identify breakdowns in API behavior, data flow, and content delivery.
• Evaluate SSR vs client-side rendering impacts on data accuracy.
• Assess platform behavior and integration points for gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate system behavior across APIs and services.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to clarify requirements and gaps.
• Ensure requirements account for integration nuances and delivery dependencies.
• Support testing for integration scenarios and failure paths.
• Identify risks related to system gaps and data inconsistencies.
