Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Proven track record of data accuracy and handling complex, high-volume billing.

Responsibilities

• Bring QuickBooks up to date by accurately entering, reconciling, and replicating AP/AR data from new system.
• Manage high-volume, biweekly invoice processing and ensure revenue and payable lines are fully matched and project-coded.
• Execute job-costed payables, client billing, and payment entries in both systems on tight deadlines.
• Cross-reference and validate data integrity between platforms for audit and owner review.
