Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Strategic Analytics & Transformation Manager to deliver data-driven insights, financial analysis, and sales performance reporting for SHI's strategic sales organization.

You will develop forecasting models, measure campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and create scalable reporting frameworks to support informed business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Dynamics, or comparable analytics and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, KPI management, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational models supporting revenue growth and forecasting.
Analyze sales performance trends and prepare executive-ready reporting.
Perform scenario modeling and business-case development for strategic initiatives.
Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes.
Monitor and report revenue, gross margin, pipeline health, bookings, and quota attainment.
Design KPI scorecards, dashboards, and scalable reporting frameworks.
Develop tracking methodologies for campaigns, partner programs, strategic initiatives, and growth motions.
Identify operational efficiencies through automation and process improvement.
Support executive business reviews with concise insights and recommended actions.
Create mechanisms to improve visibility into sales activity and performance.
Track and measure campaign adoption, pipeline influence, conversion, bookings, and ROI.
Build repeatable campaign reporting structures and attribution approaches.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and partners to optimize programs.
Translate business outcomes into actions to accelerate growth and improve sales execution.
Apply AI-powered technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting, and workflows.
Develop scalable AI-assisted workflows and governance for AI-enabled tools.
