Qualifications

• 5+ years analytics experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to translate questions into data-driven solutions.
• Strong SQL, reporting and data visualization proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Act as analytics partner to business leaders to define problems and develop recommendations.
• Independently manage analytics engagements from intake to delivery of outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and drivers of KPIs.
• Design metrics, dashboards and decision-support tools for executives and ops.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Influence decisions to improve growth, profitability and efficiency.
