Job summary

The position sits at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, translating ambiguous questions into analytical solutions and communicating the story behind the data to diverse audiences. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
• Experience as a consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle from intake to implementation.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives supporting strategic priorities and performance.
• Act as consultative analytics partner to business leaders, define problems, identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and KPIs.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights that impact growth, profitability, and efficiency.
