Job summary

Humana Inc. and CenterWell Senior Primary Care seek a Senior Analytics Consultant to partner with business leaders and translate complex pharmacy, sales, and operational data into actionable insights.

You’ll act as a strategic analytics advisor, converting ambiguous business questions into rigorous analyses and decision-support solutions. Lead analytics engagements end-to-end, design dashboards and metrics, and communicate findings to both executive and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a consultative analytics partner, working with stakeholders to define problems and deliver recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics projects through the full lifecycle: intake, discovery, analysis, solution development, and implementation.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic business priorities and operational performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems, identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake and discovery through analysis, solution development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
• Design and develop meaningful metrics, frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights that impact growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
