Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst to support the team in analyzing performance, developing reports and models, and delivering data-driven insights across the organization.

The role collaborates with multiple departments to collect, analyze, and interpret business data, identify trends, and provide timely analysis for leadership decisions. Candidates should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, finance, strategy, or a related analytical field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, workforce, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Perform financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support business needs.
• Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the Manager of Strategy and Operations on strategic initiatives.
• Partner with multiple departments to gather information and provide analytical support.
• Assist with business cases, process improvements, and presentations.
