Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst to support business performance analysis, develop reporting and analytical models, and provide data-driven insights across the organization.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data, identify trends, and inform leadership decisions. The role involves building reports and dashboards, including Power BI, performing financial and operational analyses, and supporting cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, finance, strategy, or a related analytical field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate information into meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, workforce, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Perform financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support business needs.
• Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the Manager of Strategy and Operations on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner with multiple departments to gather information, understand business needs, and provide analytical support.
• Assist with business cases, process improvement initiatives, presentations, and other analytical projects.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Take ownership of assigned analytical projects, deliverables, and reporting responsibilities.
