Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/MBA with 5 years general industry experience or 2 years consulting experience
• Knowledge of corporate strategy and transformation core skill sets
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications
• Proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight
• Experience managing complex projects with some oversight
• Ability to build strong connections with people and teams across a matrixed environment
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organization with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support leadership by delivering projects related to Medical Drug strategy development, planning and implementation
• Help drive growth and improve affordability of products and services
• Respond to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Medical Drug space
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics and synthesize data from various sources
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, install and manage solutions
