Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. seeks a Strategy and Operations Analyst to analyze business performance, build reporting models, and deliver data-driven insights across departments. You will create and maintain reports and dashboards, including Power BI visuals, and support cross-functional initiatives with quantitative analysis.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large datasets, communicating findings to leadership and partners to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, finance, strategy, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate information into insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, workforce, and business data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Perform financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and ad hoc analysis.
• Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Support management on strategic and operational initiatives.
