Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Business Analysis Manager in the Enterprise Payments strategy and analytics space. You will apply strategic and analytical skills to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage, collaborating across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and strategies.

You will mentor 1–2 analysts, develop pricing and product strategies for lending products, and lead marketing initiatives aligned with go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or a Master’s degree/MBA with quantitative concentration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Mentor and develop 1-2 analysts to build talent at Capital One.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead product modeling/analytics.
• Lead marketing efforts for select products and inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Connect drivers of future credit trends to historical data and test hypotheses with rigorous analysis.
