• 5 years of experience in analysis (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in financial services.
• 1 year of experience in consulting.
• 2 years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and pricing decisions.
• Build insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market plans.
• Drive improvements in credit performance through risk models and analysis.
• Manage and sequence delivery of business initiatives across projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve metrics.
