E15 Group, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Analytics in New York to lead custom client reporting and internal analytics across the sector. You will balance hands-on analysis with project leadership, driving actionable insights for client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires delivering high-quality outputs across multiple workstreams, with strong storytelling and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with demonstrated experience managing projects or people.
• Strong experience developing client-facing reporting and dashboards.
• Professional expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial/business analysis.
• SQL and working with large datasets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects from scoping through execution.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and clients, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in analytics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of custom client-facing reporting and analytics solutions tailored to business needs
• Oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of standardized internal reporting for the Restaurant Associates sector
• Manage and prioritize multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability
• Partner with cross-functional Compass teams to define reporting requirements, data structures, and project plans
• Identify opportunities to scale analytics solutions and improve efficiency through automation and best practices
• Lead presentations to clients and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and business impact
