Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, etc.)
• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop growth and profitability strategies for Capital One.
• Lead 1–2 analysts; coach and mentor to develop talent.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences and go-to-market concepts.
• Drive credit risk improvements by building models and testing hypotheses using rigorous analysis.
• Oversee multiple projects; translate business needs into requirements and execute against the product strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and data-driven decision making.
