Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Business Analysis Manager to drive strategic initiatives through rigorous analytics and cross-functional leadership. You will guide product strategies, pricing, and marketing, coordinating with IT, Sales, and Finance to deliver growth and profitability.

You will lead a team of analysts, coach talent, and own business outcomes with a data-driven, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
1+ year of people management experience.
1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
Own a business segment with potential P&L accountability and short-term planning.
Lead and develop a team of analysts, coaching for talent retention.
Develop and implement product and pricing strategies and perform product-level analytics.
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences with insights.
Coordinate across lines of business to deliver on product strategy and manage multiple projects.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
Use analytics to support decision making and strategic direction.
Demonstrate strong executive communication and the ability to drive consensus.
