Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a data science leader to advance analytics across the organization, applying ML, AI, and advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges and improve operations.

You will partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build modeling solutions, drive adoption of new technologies, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen data-driven decision-making and team capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in predictive modeling, data science, and ML engineering.
• 4-7 years translating business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Experience building and deploying ML models and deep learning.
• 4-7 years with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques.
• 8-10 years with data scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• 7-10 years experience with data visualization and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare, and model large datasets to develop analytics and ML solutions.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for data integration and analytics.
• Own the implementation and standardization of analytics toolkits.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data management, governance, and infra.
• Provide senior guidance on data science methodologies to technical teams.
• Communicate insights to business leaders through verbal, written, and visual means.
• Handle other duties/projects as assigned by management.
