Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking, similar consumer lending products, or bond-market based roles.
• Subject matter expertise in strategic analysis, data analysis, finance or home lending products
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a standard strategic data-led analysis and challenge framework for Product and Innovation initiative review
• Provide analytical and subject matter-based support in business case development and be able to present and articulate findings in various business settings
• Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate new concepts and proposals and lead the risk data partnership and challenge process
• Understand and recognize the need for product improvements needed to create and maintain a best in class offering
• Determine any operational, legal, compliance, pricing, delivery, or other risks that must be addressed and interface with the necessary parties to ensure acceptable solutions
• Understand inter-dependencies between multiple variables and be able to quickly consider tradeoffs and impact of decisions
• Manage book of work prioritization process and communication with partners and management
