Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Career Level Analyst to perform detailed analysis and develop comprehensive reports supporting business operations. You will conduct complex modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, and assist in short- and long-range planning.

Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, preparing detailed performance reports, and providing operational support across business units. Extended hours may be required during storms or outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4–7 years of related business experience, or 6–9 years in lieu of degree.
• Understanding of performance metrics in the relevant functional area (asset management, operations, customer service, etc).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized business tools for data retrieval and analysis.
• Ability to perform in-depth analysis, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning.
• Provide statistical information to optimize utilization of personnel and resources.
• Monitor and coordinate activities to manage performance (safety, reliability, service level, productivity).
• Track and analyze KPIs and provide current information on the business scorecard.
