Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Philadelphia seeks a senior analyst to design, test, implement and document daily energy procurement and financial processes for the PJM market and delivery to retail customers. You will support other analysts and collaborate with multiple departments on strategic initiatives, including new procurement methodologies, with occasional extended hours for storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or related field with 4–7 years of experience.
• Familiarity with wholesale marketplace, OATTs and PJM business rules.
• Familiarity with restructured retail marketplace and ComEd retail tariffs.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and document daily processes for load estimates, energy schedules, capacity obligations and 60‑day reconciliations under PJM.
• Manage wholesale supplier and PJM billing, accruals, financial reporting, and mark‑to‑market activities.
• Verify generation and tie‑line values with neighboring market participants as part of zonal check‑out under PJM.
