Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 2–4 years related business experience, or 3–6 years in lieu of degree.
• General understanding of performance metrics and business fundamentals in the supported area.
• Proficiency with standard software and specialized business applications to retrieve and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Support short-term and long-range business planning.
• Provide statistical information to optimize personnel, equipment and materials use.
• Monitor operational performance and KPI data.
• Prepare and analyze detailed standard and non-standard reports.
• Develop, organize and present performance reports for internal/external use.
• Provide analytical and operational support to the business unit.
