Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of applied and financial mathematics concepts and techniques.
• Ability to use a broad range of development languages (C/C++, Python, Perl, Matlab) and databases query languages.
• Experience with energy commodity markets, portfolio valuation, and system dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data scientists to productionize and scale analytical models into enterprise-ready solutions that are robust, maintainable, and deliver business value.
• Leverage predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and simulation techniques for grid reliability, asset health, and risk-informed decisions.
• Design and develop user-facing analytical tools and dashboards (Power BI, applications) to support decision-making.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple systems (AMI, SCADA, GIS, asset systems) for cross-functional insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable, supportable system designs and solutions.
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions and continuously improve tools based on user feedback.
