Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers with products worldwide. We seek a Strategy & Analytics Senior Lead to drive mission-critical product and business decisions, owning the strategic direction for a cross-functional pod and prioritizing initiatives to move the north star metrics.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and more to translate complex problems into actionable insights, establish KPIs, and lead analyses that influence

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytical/strategic experience in product analytics, consulting, or business operations.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems using a first principles approach.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication of data-driven insights to senior leaders.
• Strong product and business intuition aligned with company goals.
• Solid foundation in SQL or Excel for large data analysis.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and fast learner capable of real-time adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex and ambiguous strategic problems to uncover actionable insights.
• Tackle large cross-functional initiatives that move company metrics with product, sales, finance, operations, marketing, and more.
• Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Own the most important metrics, surfacing salient insights to drive them.
• Provide thought partnership to ensure data is used thoughtfully across the organization.
• Develop scalable operational processes and fill gaps in the function.
• Elevate the Strategy & Analytics team with improved processes, training, and coaching.
