Faire, a technology wholesale platform, seeks a Strategy & Analytics Senior Director to lead the Discovery pillar, shaping search, recommendations, ads, and exploration to balance marketplace dynamics.

You will build and mentor a high-performing S&A team, own key datasets and metrics, and partner with pillar leadership to inform strategic decisions with rigorous analytics.

This role is based in one of our U.S. hubs (SF/NYC), with equity and comprehensive benefits.
