Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Senior Analyst, Development Strategy, to transform data into actionable insights guiding Development initiatives. You will partner with Development leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, measure strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement, while leading reporting solutions and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, BI, performance measurement, or data management.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights for leadership.
• Strong storytelling skills to present complex analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Development performance, initiatives, and planning to identify trends and opportunities.
• Transform spatial, market, and geographic data into executive recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain Executive Summary reporting for Development Leadership.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other functions to align priorities.
• Lead analytical projects from concept to delivery with stakeholder coordination.
• Evaluate ad hoc inquiries and market analyses to improve processes and tools.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytical tools for visibility into performance.
• Ensure outputs are based on validated data and consistent methodologies.
• Maintain understanding of Development systems, data flows, and datasets.
• Support restaurant development programs, remodels, and site selection with analysis.
• Document processes, metrics, and methodologies to support governance and scalability.
