Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Manager of Loyalty, CRM & Personalization Analytics to lead strategy, execution, and measurement across loyalty initiatives. This executive-facing role translates customer data into decisions that drive lifecycle engagement, personalization, and growth.

You will guide a team of analysts and collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Product, and Finance to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, CS, marketing science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in analytics, strategy, or consulting with loyalty, CRM, personalization, lifecycle marketing, or customer growth.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing analytics teams.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior-level decisions with clear insights.

Responsibilities

Define analytics strategy and roadmap for Loyalty, CRM, and Personalization.
Translate data into recommendations for lifecycle growth and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with senior leadership to shape decisions with objective insights.
