Job summary

You will partner with FSQA and Data & Analytics to define requirements for data pipelines and models that support dashboards and reporting.

This role emphasizes collaboration with governance and security teams, ensuring reliable data while delivering practical, low‑code solutions where appropriate. Prior UX in food safety is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years of data experience.
• Strong data visualization and analytics skills across multiple platforms.
• Experience compiling large, multi-source datasets for decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FSQA data partner, balancing recurring reporting with tool development.
• Define data requirements with DI&A and ensure reliable data for dashboards.
• Translate analytics needs into data pipelines and models for reporting.
• Conduct analyses, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Create and improve reports, dashboards, and workflows using approved tools.
• Define business rules, outcomes, and user guidance for solutions.
